Klongsriyad Half Marathon Fun Run 2022 @ Chachoengsao, Klongsriyad Reservoir
เป็นกิจกรรมกีฬา ภายใต้โครงการ “Colors of EEC” จัดทำขึ้นส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว โดยประกอบด้วยกิจกรรม 3 รายการ ตามลำดับ ดังนี้
1. กิจกรรม “ปลวกแดง ไนท์ ฮาล์ฟ มาราธอน 2022 @ ระยอง อ่างเก็บน้ำดอกกราย” จัดขึ้นวันเสาร์ที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2565
2. กิจกรรม “Rachalothorn - Tour to the New World 2022 @ ชลบุรี อ่างเก็บน้ำคลองหลวงรัชชโลทร” จัดขึ้นวันอาทิตย์ที่ 24 กรกฎาคม 2565
3. กิจกรรม “คลองสียัด ฮาล์ฟ มาราธอน ฟันรัน 2022 @ ฉะเชิงเทรา อ่างเก็บน้ำคลองสียัด” จัดขึ้นวันอาทิตย์ที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2565
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร / Applicant qualifications *กรุณาศึกษา และทำความเข้าใจก่อนสมัคร*
ฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันไวรัสโควิด 2019 แล้ว 2 เข็มขึ้นไป (แนบเอกสารผ่านระบบออนไลน์) I
2 dose or more vaccinations (attached online documents)
ผู้สมัครที่ฉีดวัคซีน 1 เข็ม สามารถทำการสมัครได้กรณีที่มีแผนการฉีดวัคซีนเข็มที่ 2 ก่อนวันแข่งขัน
Applicants who got only 1 dose of vaccination can apply if plan to have a 2nd vaccination before the race day.
ผู้สมัคร รวมถึงผู้ติดตามต้องแสดงผลตรวจ ATK ไม่เกิน 72 ชั่วโมง ก่อนเข้าพื้นที่งาน หรือรับการตรวจหน้างาน วันลงทะเบียนรับเบอร์วิ่ง (16 ก.ค. 2565) ในราคา 100 บาท
Applicants including their followers must show ATK results no later than 72 hours before entering the event area. or get ATK testing on collecting BIB day (16 July 2022) at 100 baht servicen fee.
กรณีนำชุดตรวจมาเอง คิดค่าบริการตรวจอย่างเดียว 50 บาท
In case of bring your own ATK test kit and get the service at the event will be charged at 50 baht.
ผู้สมัครที่ทำการตรวจ ATK แล้วไม่พบเชื้อโควิด จะได้รับสายรัดข้อมือสำหรับเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
Runners who get ATK test and have not found COVID-19, a wristband will be given to wear when participate the event.
สงวนสิทธิไม่อนุญาตให้รับหมายเลขวิ่งแทนกัน I
Get the BIB number by yourself ONLY
กรณี “ยกเลิก” การจัดกิจกรรม ตามประกาศจากศูนย์บริหารควบคุมสถานการณ์โรคโควิด(ศบค.) จะทำการคืนเงินค่าสมัคร หลังหักค่าธรรมเนียมธุรกรรมทางการเงิน
In case of the event must be cancelled according to Center for Covid-19 Situation Control (CDC) announcement, the entry fee after deducted by transaction fees will be transferred.
กรณีที่ต้อง “เลื่อน” การจัดกิจกรรม ด้วยสถานการณ์โควิด โดยมาตรการของจังหวัด ผู้สมัครสามารถเลือกรับเงินค่าสมัครคืน โดยหักค่าบริหารจัดการรายละ 250 บาท โดยได้รับเสื้อที่ระลึกจัดส่งทางไปรษณีย์ โดยไม่มีค่าจัดส่ง หรือถือสิทธิเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตามการประกาศจัดงานครั้งต่อไป
In case of the event must be postponed according to COVID 19 situation, runners are eligible to refund the entry fee deducted 250 baht for operation cost per person with a commemorative shirt by postal delivery ( in Thailand ONLY ) or claim the right to participate in the next event as announced

กรุณานำเอกสารต่อไปนี้มาแสดงเพื่อรับอุปกรณ์การแข่งขัน / Please bring the following documents to collect your BIB & race kit by yourself only
• หมายเลขวิ่ง นักกีฬาสามารถตรวจสอบผ่านระบบออนไลน์ / BIB number ( Check online before the event date )
• แสดงบัตรประชาชน / ใบอนุญาตขับขี่ / หนังสือเดินทาง ID. card / driver's license / passport
หมายเหตุ : เนื่องจากเป็นการแข่งขันช่วงกลางคืน นักกีฬาสามารถพกอุปกรณ์ให้แสงสว่างไปพร้อมการวิ่งได้ เพื่อความปลอดภัยในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
• ประกันอุบัติเหตุ จัดให้สำหรับผู้ที่สมัครบนช่องทางออนไลน์เท่านั้น I
The accident insurance is provided for only online register.
• เสื้อที่ระลึก จะได้รับในวันรับหมายเลขวิ่งตามประกาศ ไม่มีบริการจัดส่งทางไปรษณีย์)
Commemorative T - shirt will be given on the collecting BIB day. No postage service.
• เหรียญที่ระลึก มอบให้เฉพาะผู้ที่เข้าเส้นชัยตามเวลาที่กำหนด และทำถูกต้องตามระเบียบการแข่งขันเท่านั้น
Commemorative medal will be presented to only runner who finish the race in time and on rules.
• นักวิ่งระยะ 21 กม. จะได้รับเสื้อฟินิเชอร์ 1 ตัว กรณีวิ่งจบการแข่งขันภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง
21 km. Runners will receive 1 finisher T - shirt when finish the race within 4 hours.
• ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้อื่นมาวิ่งแทน ผู้เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันจะต้องมีชื่อตรงกับชื่อที่ลงทะเบียนเท่านั้น
Do not allow others to run instead. Participant must have the same name as the registered name only.
• สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลง – ส่งมอบสิทธิให้บุคคลอื่นได้ ภายในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2565 โดยมีค่าธรรมเนียม 200 บาท
Running rights can be transferred to others within June 30, 2022 with 200 baht operation fee.
• ไม่สามารถขอค่าสมัครคืนได้ทุกกรณี I
Entry fee cannot be refund in all cases
• หมายเลขประจำตัวจะต้องสวมไว้ทางด้านหน้าของร่างกาย และจะต้องมองเห็นได้ตลอดเวลาในช่วงระหว่างการแข่งขัน
The BIB number must be attached on front of runner and be visible at any times during the race.
• ผู้เข้าแข่งขันที่ไม่ถึงเส้นชัยตามเวลาที่กำหนด จะถูกพิจารณาเป็นการวิ่งไม่สมบูรณ์
Competitors who fail to reach the finish line in time will be considered as DNF – Did Not Finish.
• การทิ้งขยะเป็นสิ่งต้องห้าม หากทีมงานพบเห็น หรือมีการร้องเรียนที่มีหลักฐาน จะถูกตัดสิทธิ์ออกจากการแข่งขันทันที
Disposing of rubbish is prohibited. The competitors will disqualified If there is a complaint with evidence.
• การโกงด้วยวิธีการใด ๆ ส่งผลให้ผู้ร่วมแข่งขันถูกปลดออกทันที
Any cheating results in the competitors disqualified immediately.
• ผู้อำนวยการการแข่งขันมีอำนาจในการเพิ่มกฎข้อบังคับต่าง ๆ ได้ระหว่างการแข่งขันอันเนื่องมาจากเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดคิด หรือเหตุผิดปกติต่าง ๆ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะรักษาการแข่งขัน หรือเพื่อให้การแข่งขันดำเนินไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง หรือสำเร็จเสร็จสิ้นไปได้ด้วยดี
The Director has the right to add rules and regulations during the competition due to unexpected or unusually events occurred for the purpose of maintaining competition or operating the competition continuously or successfully completing the competition.
• ยากระตุ้นต่าง ๆ ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้ระหว่างการแข่งขัน หากพบจะต้องถูกปลดจากการแข่งขันโดยทันที
Stimulants are forbidden during the competition. If found, they will be disqualified immediately.
• ไม่อนุญาตให้มีผู้ควบคุมการวิ่งในทุกกรณี I
Pacer is not allowed in any circumstances.
• ไม่อนุญาตให้นักวิ่งรับความช่วยเหลือระหว่างเส้นทางการแข่งขัน
Runners are not allowed to receive assistance during the race route.
การถอนตัว หรือ การออกจากการแข่งขัน I Withdrawal from the competition
• ในกรณีถอนตัว ผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันหรือผู้ติดตามจะต้องแจ้ง ผู้อำนวยการการแข่งขัน ที่จุดบริการที่ใกล้ที่สุดในทันที
In case of withdrawal, the participant must notify the race director at the nearest service point immediately
• ไม่มีสวัสดิการใด ๆ สำหรับการผิดเวลา หรือการผิดเส้นทาง
Have no any benefits for any competitor who be late or lost the way.
การประกาศผลการแข่งขัน การลงทะเบียนรับรางวัล และการมอบรางวัล I
Results of the competition, reward registration and awarding
• นักวิ่งสามารรับรายงานผลการแข่งขันจากเจ้าหน้าที่ และตรวจสอบรายชื่อนักวิ่งที่ได้รับรางวัลจากบอร์ดรายชื่อของผู้จับเวลาในงาน
Runners can receive a report from the race officials. and check out the list of award runners from the event timer's board.
• นักวิ่งจะต้องทำการยืนยันตัวตนกับเจ้าหน้าที่ โดยยื่นบัตรรประชาชน หรือใบขับขี่ หรือพาสปอร์ต อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง
Runners must identify themselves to the staff by submitting either an identification card or a driver's license or passport
• การประท้วงผลการแข่งขันสามารถทำภายใน 30 นาทีหลังจากประกาศผลอย่างเป็นทางการ หากเกินกว่า 30 นาที ไม่มีการประท้วง ให้ถือการประกาศผลเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
A protest on the race result can be made within 30 minutes after announcement. In case of no protest in that 30 minutes, the race result will be considered as final result automatically.
• การมอบรางวัลจะทำการมอบทันทีสำหรับประเภท รุ่นอายุ และผู้ได้รับรางวัลเข้าเส้นชัยครบจำนวนรางวัล
The award presentation will be conducted upon the readiness of winners in any age group, gender or category.
• สงวนสิทธิ์ไม่จัดส่งรางวัลทางไปรษณีย์ I
Reserve the right not to present award after the event.
